Same Day Order Fulfillment
We strive to package and ship all orders received by 4 p.m. eastern time Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) that same day. Orders received on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day.

Shipping Methods
ECOApp uses UPS as our primary shipping partner. We currently ship via UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 2nd Day Air A.M. In some instances, we will ship via the United States Postal Service, FedEx, and/or other methods such as LTL shipping for large TVs and furniture.

Shipping Costs
The shipping cost will depends on how you wish to ship your orders. ECOApp offers UPS Ground and Air services as well as LTL carrier services for large TVs and furniture. The UPS shipping cost is based on the destination zip code and the estimated package weight. During your order checkout ECOApp uses the www.ups.com server via API to find out what an item will cost to ship using UPS. If your order qualifies for free ground freight base on our sales promotion we will choose the best shipping method and carrier available and your order will ship free of charge.

Delivery Time
All orders are fulfilled from our facility in San Jose, CA. UPS Ground packages are delivered Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The latest UPS Ground delivery map, based on our fulfillment location, is shown below:

Special Information for Customers in Alaska and Hawaii
ECOApp reserves the right to utilize USPS Parcel Post and other methods to ship orders destined for Alaska or Hawaii when a "free shipping" offer has been applied.
