Returns - ECOApp Product Performance Promise
We guarantee the products you order from us will work as advertised delivering both product benefits and energy improvements. If you are unhappy with any product you ordered, we are here to help. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, send it back to us in its original packaging within 60 days (180 days during sales promotion) of purchase. We'll process a refund within 3 business days of receipt of the return.

We ask you to first contact us via email info@ecoapp.net to investigate the product performance issue. We find that many product performance issues can be resolved with quick communication. If our attempts do not resolve the issue, we'll even pay for you to ship the product back to us if your dissatisfaction was a result of our error or that of the product manufacturer.

Warranty
ECOApp extends product warranties based on those provided by the product manufacturer. For warranty claims, please contact us via email info@ecoapp.net.
